Privacy Policy

Corporate Guidelines to Safeguard Personal Information

  • Compliance

    The Company will appropriately handle personal information by complying with all laws and regulations concerning the protection of personal information and other standards, as well as laws and regulations concerning the handling of personal information, and any guidelines established by the government.

  • Proper Acquisition

    The Company collects personal information only to the extent necessary using lawful and fair means, in order to provide services which are within the scope of the Company’s business activities and disclosed information.

  • Personal Information Use

    The Company will not use personal information beyond the scope necessary to achieve the purpose of use specified in advance and will take necessary measures to achieve said purpose.

  • Personal Information Management

    In addition to ensuring that personal information is accurate, up-to-date, and managed securely, the Company has taken all necessary and appropriate safety, prevention and corrective measures to prevent unauthorized access, loss, destruction, falsification, and leakage of personal information.

  • Inhouse Training concerning Personal Information

    The company regularly implements educational programs in accordance with our personal information protection guidelines. We also provide training to employees who join the company.

Handling of Personal Information

  • Purpose The Company acquires and uses personal information within the scope of the following purposes.

    ・Providing information necessary to facilitate job placement and changes, as well as providing services related to the aforementioned

    ・Providing information and references in accordance with the human resources policy of client companiesp

    ・Confirmation of applications submitted to client companies, confirmation of employment with client companies, receipt of notifications from client companies, during or after services have been provided by the Company

    ・Improving services, developing and marketing new services

    ・Responding to other inquiries

  • Providing Personal Information to Third Parties

    The Company will never provide personally identifiable information (name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, etc.) to third parties without the prior consent of the individual. We may provide personal information to third parties in the following cases:

    ・When it is based on the opt-out procedure ・When it is based on the law

    ・When it is necessary for the protection of human life, body or property, and the consent of the person in question cannot be obtained.

    ・When it is necessary to improve public health or promote the sound development of children, and the consent of the person in question cannot be obtained.

    ・When it is necessary to cooperate with a national institution, a local government or a person entrusted to carry out the affairs prescribed by laws and regulations, and obtaining the consent of the person concerned may interfere with the execution of said affairs.

  • Opt-out Procedures concerning Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties

    The Company provides information required to carry out job placement activities (name, title, gender, age, career, duties, etc.) by e-mail to third parties according to the opt-out procedure pursuant to Article 23, Paragraph 2 of the Personal Information Protection Act and officially submitted a notice to the Personal Information Protection Committee (notification date September 30, 2019, notification number 2019-000283). In addition, we can suspend the provision of personal information to a third party in response to a request from the person in question according to “8. Inquiries”.

  • Outsourcing Personal Information

    When outsourcing a portion or all of the business to an outside company, the Company strictly manages personal information by obtaining a confidentiality agreement with the consignee, on the condition that the subcontractor has implemented a management system that can appropriately protect personal information.

  • Necessity of Provided Personal Information

    It is up to the individual to provide the personal information requested by the Company. However, if an individual does not provide the required information, the Company may not be able to provide said an individual with services or respond to their inquiry.

  • Disclosure of Personal Information

    We will respond promptly when we receive a request to notify, disclose, correct, add or delete personal information, suspend use of said personal information, remove, or suspend the provision of said personal information to a third party. However, we may not be able to respond to requests for disclosure, correction, addition or deletion, suspension of use, deletion or suspension of provision to third parties when there is a possibility that it may significantly interfere with the proper implementation of the Company’s business or records of operations.

  • Changes to this Agreement

    The Company may change the contents of these Terms of Use as necessary, except when stipulated by laws and regulations. The revised content shall be posted on the Company’s web page, and users who continue to use the service one month after publication shall be treated as having agreed to the contents of the revised Terms of Use.
