Background

A client asked us to fill a position that had been left unfilled for a significant period of time. The department in question was largely made up of foreign nationals, and due to the client’s global organization, we targeted foreign nationals who could fulfill the role.

Who was chosen

We introduced a US national who was experienced in customer service at a Japanese general electric manufacturing company. Not only was his native language English, but his business level Japanese ability was also a welcome asset to the client.
