Exclusive contract contingency search (Results-based human resource search)

For an agreed-upon timeframe, a dedicated consultant will exclusively work on your case, and match candidates that are the right fit for you.

Contingency Search(Results-based human resource search)

Much like a normal employment agency; we mainly target job seekers who are looking to leverage our strengths in handling global recruitment needs both in Japan and overseas.

Retainer(Consult-based human resource search)

When you can’t hire just anyone, and you’re looking to strategically fill a role with someone who is exceptional, or you need to confidentially find a specific person, we are right there with you. For a nominal retainer fee, we work with you to find the people that are right for your overseas office. We leave no stone unturned, and will respond to the utmost of your needs, right down to negotiations with specific individuals.

Looking for someone specific?

There’s someone brilliant, but employed at the competition. We can carefully approach such specific individuals you know you want, assess their desire to shift gears to a new position, and guide them to a possible job interview.

Global Search

We interface with your overseas office and conduct a search for bright personnel, leveraging our network of 600 locales across 40 countries around the world. With our strong track record at hiring solid expats and locals, if you’re looking to expand overseas and strengthen your offshore business, this service is for you.

How this all works

1We ask you what you’re looking for
A specialist will visit you to better understand what kind of employee you are looking for, what role you expect them to fulfill, which skills you value, what experience you are looking for as well as the compensation you are willing to extend – all to find the right candidate for you.
2Then we look
Our consultant uses the criteria from the previous step to find candidates that match your needs.
3We interview the Candidate
We interview the candidate, assess their skills, experience, career and any other factors that we think might affect the decision making process.
4You interview the Candidate
Now its your turn. If they’re a good match, we introduce you to the candidate, where you can explain to them in greater detail what your company is about, and what you expect from them. We also provide the candidate with advice on how to best present themselves prior to the interview.
5The Offer
You’ve come to a decision – this person could be the right fit. So now we talk to the candidate, and make sure that they understand the conditions of their employment, as well as their seriousness in taking the offer. Sometimes conditions need to be revisited, and if so, we are here to make sure everything is clear.
6Becoming part of something New
Our consultant is there for the candidate until they finish joining the company.
